We need your photos!

We would like to add your pics to a slideshow for the reunion as well as the photos section of this website.
We especially want pictures from our high school days, but feel free to also share pictures from anything that's happened in your life in the past 10 years that you want to share--college graduations, wedding photos, kids, pets, vacations, or your first home.
Please send any photos, memorabilia, videos, etc. to pahs1998reunion@gmail.com in electronic form, or email us for an address to send hard copies to. We promise to return these items to you.
May 18, 2008 - Third Reunion Planning Meeting
Agenda Items:
- We need to sell tickets!!! Please let anyone and everyone know that they can now purchase their tickets at www.pahs1998reunion.com . (August 2nd 7-11:30)Tickets are $50 per person before July 1, $55 per person after July 1. The picnic (August 3rd 12-4) is $7 per person if you are attending the Saturday event and $10 if you are not. Kids are free as long as they are registered prior to the event.
- Paypal option should be available on website by Memorial Day
- No refunds for the Saturday event will be issued, but the tickets are transferable. The picnic will be called by 12pm, August 2nd. Tickets will be refunded at the Saturday event and for a limited time Sunday. Place and time TBD.
- Reunion Committee members need to commit to soliciting to 5 places of business for sponsorships and donations.
- Places of interest include: realtors, law firms, and private restaurants and stores.
- All donations include free advertisement on website and mention on a flier given to all individuals at reunion. 2 Sponsorship levels also available (See attached)
- Business cannot use as a tax deduction!!! We are not non-profit organization and we do not have a tax number.
- Rebecca C. to purchase banner to be placed on school marquee to advertise the event.
- Decorations discussed. We will also have a memory table. Decorations for cocktail tables being arranged by Jeremy and Leonard. Amanda will call on amount of tables and table cloths.
- Kim will confirm with DJ.
- We are in need of a projector and projector screen for slide show.
- We STILL need pics!!! No pictures, no slide show
- Amber and Naomi are working on name tags
- Next meeting will be June 22nd at 2pm at Kelly’s Pembroke. We will possibly have a field trip to the site to see set up. Amanda will arrange.
February 24, 2008 - Second Reunion Planning Meeting
Agenda Items:
- Website is officially up.
- August 2nd will be the official date of event. Family Day will be on August 3rd.
- People willing to pay towards down payment of facility need to donate $50.00. This will go towards your ticket.
- Set up paypal account to accept registrations
- Get P.O. Box for mailings and tickets. PO Box 61171, Virginia Beach, VA 23466. All checks to reunion made out to Amber Kidwell.
- There is still a need for pictures. Please email Naomi.
- Letterhead is in development to send out to potential sponsors for donations and raffle items.
- Amber Kidwell presented costs for possible menu.
- Sponsorships/Donations: All donations will be posted on website. We cannot promise tax write off.
- Memory Table for Richard Anderson. Need more info.
- Advertising on school marquee: Wait until after June 12th. Banner will also be available for $25.00
- Family Day: further discussed at next meeting.

February 2008 - New Site Launched
Welcome to the new site. This is the one-stop spot for all your reunion information.
January 27, 2008 - First Reunion Planning Meeting

Agenda Items:
- Possible Dates and Locations - this will be announced soon.
- Door prizes
- Web site
- Pictures - Need them for slideshow and website. For the slideshow, submissions will be selected on variety.
- Sponsorships - If you know anyone that would like to sponsor the event, let us know. We will display their company name at the event and the website. No sponsorship is too small
- Family Day - This will be the Sunday of the chosen weekend. Kim Kuchem is heading this sub-committee and we will discuss at the next meeting.
- Upfront costs - We have a $0 upfront balance. Committee members are asked to give $50 towards the upfront costs such as the down payment for the venue. All monies will go towards their tickets.
- Number of tickets to sell and discussion of ticket prices.
